This letter serves as an invitation for you to participate in the upcoming Butler County Job Fair 2008.  The Job Fair will be held on  Tuesday, April 8th at Receptions Banquet & Convention Center, 5975 Boymel Dr., Fairfield, Ohio and will run from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Please Note:  The Job Fair will be IN A NEW LOCATION this year.

The Butler County Job Fair is designed to provide an opportunity for many employers and job seekers to come together, all under one roof.  It is an annual event operated as a community service by the agencies, educational institutions, and organizations listed on the "Organizers" page of this website.  The Job Fair is open to the public and free to job seekers.

Your registration fee includes one table, two chairs, a small tent sign with the name of your organization, and a table covering.  In addition, there will be an employer hospitality room with complimentary food and refreshments.

If you require an electrical outlet for your table display, be sure to check "yes" on item #8 of your registration form.  There is no additional charge for electrical access.  Please note, however, that electrical connections are limited and requests for outlets will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In order to reserve your table, please follow these instructions:

*   Click on "Employer Registration" above to download the form.
*   Print the form and complete all 8 items. 
*   Sign and date it at the bottom.
*   Mail or fax your completed registration form, along with your       
     payment, as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot accept
     payment by credit card.
