Established in 1914, the Butler County Educational Service Center provides customized services to the students, parents and staff members of the schools of Butler County.
In addition to servicing the county's schools, the Butler County Educational Service Center acts as the grantee for Head Start and as the fiscal agent for the Family and Children First Council.
Located at 1910 Fairgrove Avenue in Hamilton, the Butler County Educational Service Center is proud to be "Partners in Shaping Lives" in every corner of the county.

Founded in 1975, Butler Tech was one of Ohio's first career-technical school districts. This year, Butler Tech will deliver education to more than 25,000 high school and adult students making it the second largest career-technical school in Ohio.
Educational innovation has been the hallmark of the district. Butler Tech Online now enables students to access high quality, teacher-directed education anytime and anywhere there is an internet connection. Greentree Health Science Academy was formed in partnership with Warren County Career Center, Atrium Medical Center, and Miami University to help fulfill the critical need for healthcare professionals. The Public Safety Education Complex brings together state of the art facilities for police, firefighting and emergency medical education under one roof, earning Butler Tech a reputation as a regional force in public safety education.

A partnership of volunteers from the Ohio Employment Services (OES) and employers. This committee strives to provide a way to identify and target services for both Ohio employers and workers. Today there are 50 active, local OEC groups in Ohio with approximately 3,000 dues-paying members. Local OECs act as sounding boards for proposed Job Service policies and programs, and secure employer support for Ohio's Job Service.

Miami University Middletown offers the quality of a Miami University education combined with the convenience of a campus close to home. The Middletown campus, situated on 141 wooded acres, is located just three miles off I-75. We offer certificates and the first two years of many bachelor's degrees. Miami Middletown also offers associate degrees in business, computer, engineering and chemical technology, prekindergarten education and nursing and bachelor's degrees in nursing and engineering technology. We offer free academic tutoring and advising, on-site child care and an open admission policy. Our Degree Power Schedule, Saturday Select, offsite and computer based courses give our students the flexibility they need. A closer connection with downtown Middletown was made in 2006 when the campus' Applied Research Center moved there. A new Miami Middletown Downtown location is set to open in early 2008, providing workshops, seminars, musical events and meeting space for Middletown businesses.

Workforce One of Butler County, located in a new facility in the Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center, is Butler Countys one-stop, where job seekers and employers may access a variety of workforce, educational, and other human resource services under one roof. Formerly known as the Butler County Job Center, Workforce One offers a number of FREE services and activities to job seekers, including career guidance, job skills workshops, resume assistance, and on-site interviews with employers who are currently hiring. An attended Resource Room is also available, featuring computers with Internet access, free copier, fax, and phones, job search books and videos, current job postings, and much more. Employers may also utilize the resources of Workforce One to assist them with their hiring needs. FREE employer services include applicant pre-screening, testing and assessment services, on-site interviewing and conference space, and up-to-date labor market information. Workforce One of Butler County is operated under a partnership agreement among the Butler County Commissioners, the Workforce One Investment Board, and a number of local, one-stop partner agencies, organizations, and educational institutions.
